Spilling out of the car after the 3-hour drive, Evenergy’s team jumped into action with Ruckus St. Louis. As course management, our team had a hand everywhere—course design & layout, set-up, volunteer management, course zone support, start/ finish locations, safety/ medical management and breakdown. A big part of making Ruckus St. Louis a success is integrating the obstacles with the natural terrain. Accordingly, the course hitting Kansas City this November will be vastly different from the course seen in St. Louis.

September 23, 24 & 25

Country Club Plaza

It’s a beautiful autumn weekend in Kansas City. Thousands of people brave the traffic and parking to roam the 80th annual Plaza Art Fair, spanning 9 blocks of the Country Club Plaza. This year’s event features 240 Artists, 26 Plaza Restaurants, 3 Live Music Stages, the Kids Art Workshop, Kemper Street Museum and Experience ArtsKC.

As Managers of Entertainment, Evenergy’s staff handled all logistics related to the 46 live bands seen on 3 different stages throughout the weekend! According to UMKC’s Independent Newspaper “The live music ranged from mediocre to exceptional, and created a laid-back vibe even among the hustle and bustle of the crowds.” Evenergy also manages the Art Fair's sponsorship program including the following partners: Bank of America, State Farm and Aristocrat Motors. 

Sunday, September 18

12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Evenergy executed the outside lot portion of the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts Public Opening with festive flair! Tens of thousands Kansas Citians took advantage of various urban food truck dining options, a beautiful tented space for relaxing, shuttle system to/from Power & Light, Crossroads and Barney Allis Plaza, signage, restrooms and—last but not least—trash & recycling bins.

According to one enthusiast, “A beautiful venue. A jewel for Kansas City. Sunday was so much fun! Just gald we were there early.”
