Evenergy is led by Branden Connolly and David Steffano.



Connolly, Evenergy’s Head Honcho, has more than 15 years of experience in sponsorship and event production. Connolly launched Evenergy in 1999 after long-time friend George Brett asked him to produce several events surrounding his Hall of Fame Induction. Since then, Connolly has helped execute and manage sponsorship programs for some of the Midwest’s most cherished events, including Kansas City’s Plaza Art Fair, WaterFire and the Plaza Lighting Ceremony.

Steffano joined Evenergy in 2011 as a partner and director of sponsorship and event marketing. He brings 20 years of experience working with brands and properties such as Sprint, YRC Freight, the City of KCMO, NFL, NBA, NHL and Salt Lake City Olympics. In recent years, Steffano was the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Kansas City Chiefs and a Senior Supervisor at VML.
